If you can see your C: drive below then it might be possible for someone else to see it also. And you might have a security problem. The danger comes when information is downloaded from your systems. This is where a Firewall (hardware or software) does its work.  There is no value in a file name unless it can be taken from your system.

If both windows above say that the contents can not be displayed then you are not using windows, have a custom setup, or a really good firewall with internet security installed already
